A change in direction for a flock of birds is not necessarily determined at its front. The goal in this quartet
is a musical practice in which all performers share equal responsibility for negotiating all issues concerning
sound, form, and interaction. Compositions and improvisational concepts are conceived with an open approach
to musical style from the outset. The result is a music that is self-generating and largely genre-free, which
captivates not only through the sonic finesse and inventiveness of the performers, but also by offering the
audience to follow its creative process in real time.
